Complete equipment:
Our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. They include sheets, towels, kitchenware and appliances, as well as supplies and cable and Wi-Fi Internet.
Booking and payment:
A payment of 50% of the first month is required to book the apartment.
This payment can be made in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer.
Building rules:
Out of respect for all our guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, including balconies.
Pets and companion animals are also not allowed.
Please avoid parties or large gatherings to maintain a calm atmosphere.
Refundable deposit:
A deposit of €500 is requested when making the booking. This deposit is returned in full within 72 hours after check-out, provided that there is no damage or damage to the apartment.
Cancellation and modification policy:
We offer a flexible cancellation policy: if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, we will refund 100% of the booking.
In addition, our modification policy is also flexible: once you stay, you can reduce your stay with 30 days' notice, as long as you meet the established minimum number of days.
