What are the Service hours?
We will answer you 24 hours a day on our phones +34 91360 83 75 and +34 657 93 98 99 and on our email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
What is the Check In time?
The check-in time is at 3:00 p.m.
Early check in is upon request. In any case, we are happy to store your bags from 8:00 a.m. at the Reception
What is the Check Out time?
The check-out time is at 12:00 noon.
The Late Check out is on request with a cost that we will inform you at the Reception.
How do I check in?
It's very simple. 24 hours before your arrival you will receive a unique access
code to the building and your Apartment. Personnel from Apartamentos Blume will coordinate your reception with you to sign the rental contract and answer any questions you may have.
Where can I leave my luggage if I arrive before check-in time?
Let us know in advance to manage the reception of luggage (Upon Request)
Do you have a cot?
Upon request we will place a cot with a double mattress and a bathtub in the bathroom for your baby.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, but you will have to leave your pets at home.
Can you smoke in the establishment?
Smoking is totally prohibited anywhere in the hotel.
Can I choose the apartment that I am going to occupy?
All our apartments are exterior and have the same facilities and equipment. In the event that you have any preference, we will take it into account, but we do not guarantee the assigned apartment until your arrival.
When are the apartments cleaned?
Every week our cleaning team will do a complete cleaning of your apartment, except for the kitchen, and change the sheets and towels.
Where can I park?
The Barrio de Salamanca is a limited parking area, which means that between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. you can only park for a maximum of 2 hours. The closest car parks with a pedestrian exit a few meters away are Serrano Park III, with an entrance at Calle Alcalá, 73, and Interparking Velázquez, with an entrance at Velázquez, 14. Both car parks have monthly passes.
Are there supermarkets, restaurants, general stores nearby?
Conde Aranda street is located in a very commercial area with restaurants, shops of all kinds, supermarkets, etc. You will find all this information in your apartment, in much more detail, in the Welcome Manual.
How will I know how the different facilities in the apartment work?
Before your arrival we will send you a link where you can download the Welcome Manual with all the details about how your apartment's equipment works.

The Cercanías train is the cheapest way, taking the C10 line to the Recoletos stop. From there, it is only a 5 minute walk. You can also take a taxi with a fixed rate of €30.

How can I move around Madrid?
Madrid is a city that is especially well connected and safe 24 hours a day.
From the Blume Conde Aranda Apartments you have the Retiro Metro Station a few minutes away, numerous buses that run throughout the capital. We also have the Recoletos Cercanías Station a few meters away, from which you can travel to any point in the Community of Madrid.
For a more ecological circulation, you will find a bicycle rental stop on the corner with Serrano street and you will normally have no problem renting cars, motorcycles or electric scooters by the minute through applications such as Share Now, Zity, Uber or emov.
